Golf performance · OrpingtonLonger Drives Start With Better Rotation

Most golfers try to fix their swing on the course. The real limits are usually physical: thoracic rotation, hip mobility and power transfer through the kinetic chain. Massimo fixes the body first.

Why it works

Why most golfers plateau, and it's not technique

Restricted thoracic rotation: limited upper-back rotation forces compensation through the lower back, costing power and raising injury risk.

Poor hip mobility: restricted internal rotation on the lead hip limits clearing through impact and caps clubhead speed.

Weak kinetic chain: power from the ground and hips must pass through the core to the club. A break anywhere in that chain costs distance.
